VISUAL ARTS DAY | 2010
The objective of this project -commissioned by the National Council of Culture and Arts (CNCA)- was to convoke citizens to art galleries and museums in the Visual Arts Day. To achieve it, in Fluor, we took for concept the "everyday life" in the city, so we went out to the streets to shoot with our camera, filming the scenes and then we used an animation technique called Rotoscoping to intervene the video frame by frame to recreate reality in a new context, a pictoric and fantastic one. I was in charge of 8 of the 20 scenes made for this spot.

El objetivo de este proyecto -encaragdo por el Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes (CNCA)- era convocar a la ciudadanía a galerías y museos en el día de las artes visuales. Para ello, en Fluor tomamos como concepto la vida cotidiana en la ciudad, salimos a la calle cámara en mano, registramos escenas y luego usamos una técnica de animación llamada Rotoscopia para intervenir el video cuadro a cuadro logrando recrear la realidad en un contexto nuevo, pictórico y fantástico. Mi trabajo fue estar a cargo de 8 de las 20 escenas realizadas para este spot.
